The similarity index of the manuscript must not exceed 15%, excluding author names, affiliations, references, and bibliography. In addition, AI-generated content similarity must not exceed 10%.

Any manuscript found to contain significant plagiarism, unethical reuse of content, or excessive AI-generated text will be flagged and may be rejected or disqualified at any stage of the review or publication process. Authors are strongly advised to ensure that their submissions are original and properly cite all sources.

4. Manuscript Length Policy

The journal encourages creative, detailed, and high-quality research contributions and does not restrict manuscripts based on the number of pages.

  • Minimum length: 6 pages
  • Maximum length: No limit

Authors are encouraged to provide sufficient technical details, experimental results, mathematical analysis, and discussion to ensure clarity and reproducibility of research work.

5. Citation and Reference Style

IJSTI recommends using the IEEE citation style for engineering and technology papers. Authors from management and social science domains may also use APA format where appropriate, provided consistency is maintained throughout the manuscript.
